Teo and his crew came when I called and never stopped showing up when needed. Before starting, I had a lot of questions, and Teo guided me through everything. Once they began, they showed up every day — rain, shine, and even snow. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always answered my concerns. I don’t usually have a go-to in this business, but Teo is now that person. You won’t be disappointed.

This company is honest, prompt, and reasonable. I called many contractors to fix a leak and this was the only one that stood out. I spoke with Teo himself — very down-to-earth and accommodating. Most importantly, his work is very good. He does what’s right to fix your issue.

Project: Repair of leaky roof dormer

Project: Roof repair and replacement
I had a leak caused by broken sheathing and initially planned only a repair. I had 4 companies quote; Teo was on time and the lowest price. He explained the roof was about 20 years old and suggested replacing the whole side. I agreed. They also fixed other areas showing wear. They worked hard for two days, cleaned everything including the gutters, and were super polite. I highly recommend them and would hire again.

Project: Full roof replacement
First of all, we would like to say thank you very much Teo, Andy and the rest of the crew! On Saturday April 29 at around 6:15 pm, we noticed a leak from our roof and water was getting into our son’s bedroom. I called around for a roofer and nobody answered. Then I found Teo online, called, and he answered right away. When I explained the urgency, he came over right away — on a Saturday evening — and put a tarp, no charge. Later, we got a quote and moved forward. The work was clean, well explained, and timely. My contractor brother reviewed the progress photos and said we had a very good roofer. Teo and Andy went above and beyond, even fixing some minor things we didn’t pay for. We now consider them friends and are planning a BBQ to thank them. We appreciate you guys. God bless!

Project: Replace wood facia, install storm door
I called Teo’s Construction for repair/replace damaged wood facia. Teo came the same day and assessed the work. After reviewing, I also discussed installing a storm door. Teo helped identify the right storm door. The next day, Teo and team arrived on time, picked up the door from the store, and completed both jobs the same day. Excellent job and very professional.

Teo is a true professional. He did an amazing job for us and he and his crew worked dawn to dusk to get the job completed. Although not inexpensive, we felt his price was fair and it was money well spent. Many of our neighbors commented on the fine job Teo and his crew did and have asked for his contact information. We very highly recommend Teo and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him for any future jobs.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I give Teo's Construction five stars across the board! Teo and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Kind, honest, skilled, professional and efficient - it was a smooth and seamless process. They repaired our siding quickly and took the time to make sure the color and texture were a perfect match. It looks even better than the original siding. I will definitely use Teo again for all of my siding and roofing needs and highly recommend him to others.

Project: Roof of kitchen extension
Teo and his team stopped by when he said he would. He took the time to inspect the task. The price was fair and negotiated. This is pretty important because we literally had 5-6 other roofing contractors that would not respond to our calls, or show up for the estimate. Or they'd show for the estimate then you'd never hear from them again. We had one that responded to our call three weeks later. Why would we even think of hiring those companies at all? We live in Staten Island and we had to go outside to NJ to find a competent fair and honest roofer. I'm glad he operates here as well. On the day of the job Teo's team let me know they were on the way and they showed up exactly on time. The gentleman did a very competent and thorough job. All I saw was hard work over two days time, just professional all the way. All the tasks we discussed were done with care. When we found a bit of additional roof damage (inevitable when you are doing a roof tear off)... this was also done at a fair and negotiated cost. And I was surprised at how well the guys cleaned up (I thought I'd at the very least have to do a bit of that in the yard). Overall I would highly recommend Teo's Construction. The work looks great. To be fair, it was just finished today... so let's see how well this holds up over the next few weeks, through some storms and all (we have skylights and it's always a little scary roof jobs with skylights)... and if anything changes I'll update it here. As of now, we plan on doing more work with Teo and recommended his services to you all reading reviews and our neighbor as well.
